Effective date: August 12, 2026
JET, LLC, doing business as JET The Agency (“JET,” “we,” “us”), operates this website at jettheagency.com. This policy explains what information we collect through the site, how we use it, and the choices you have. Our headquarters is at 3864 Silvestri Lane, Las Vegas, NV 89120.
Information you provide to us
When you submit a contact or quote request form, we collect the information you enter, which may include your name, email address, phone number, company name, event name and type, event location, event dates, and anything else you include in your message. We use this information to respond to your inquiry, prepare proposals, and manage our business relationship with you.
We do not collect payment information through this website. If you become a client, JET, LLC, our parent company, invoices and collects payment separately through its accounting provider, outside this website.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to collect certain information automatically when you visit, including your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how you arrived at the site (for example, a search engine or an advertisement), and general location at the city or region level.
We use the following services on this site:
- Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the site.
- Google advertising services, including conversion tracking and remarketing cookies, to measure our advertising and to show relevant ads to people who have visited our site.
- Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors interact with our pages, including mouse movement, clicks, scrolling and the pages viewed, and combines this into session replays and heatmaps so we can see where our pages confuse people. This recording happens automatically while you are on the site. Microsoft also uses this data in line with its own privacy statement.
- Apollo.io, a business contact and sales platform. Its tracker uses your IP address to identify the organization a visit appears to come from, so we can tell which companies are researching us. We use it to understand business interest, not to identify you personally.
- UserWay, which provides the accessibility toolbar on this site.
Advertising attribution cookies. When you arrive from an advertisement, we store a Google click identifier and campaign details in first-party cookies named jet_gclid, jet_utm and jet_landing. These last up to 90 days and let us tell which advertisement led to an inquiry. They are only written when you arrive from a campaign.
Phone calls
If you call us using a phone number shown on this site, we may use call tracking technology to identify which page or advertisement led to your call, and calls may be recorded or transcribed for quality and record-keeping purposes where permitted by law.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and provide quotes, proposals, and services
- To operate, analyze, and improve the site and our marketing
- To measure advertising performance, including through Google Ads conversion tracking
- To communicate with you about projects, services, and, where permitted, marketing messages you can opt out of at any time
- To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it with:
- Service providers who help us run our business, such as customer relationship management, email, analytics, and advertising platforms, who may use it only to provide services to us
- Google, for advertising measurement. So we can tell which advertisements produce real inquiries, we share conversion information with Google. This may include a hashed version of your email address or phone number. Hashing converts the value into an irreversible code using the SHA-256 algorithm before it is sent, so Google does not receive your email address or phone number in readable form. Google states it uses this data to provide measurement services to us and does not share it with other advertisers.
- Professional advisors
- Government authorities where required by law
- A successor in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
Sharing for advertising. Under California law, using advertising cookies, sharing hashed identifiers with Google for advertising measurement, and using the analytics and visitor identification services named above may be considered “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, even though we receive no money for any of it. You can stop all of it at any time. See the next section.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
You can direct us not to share your personal information for advertising, whatever state you live in. Two ways:
- Use our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page. The control there stops the advertising cookies on this browser, stops session recording and visitor identification, and excludes you from any advertising measurement upload.
- Turn on a Global Privacy Control signal in your browser or extension. We treat a GPC signal as a valid opt-out request automatically, with no form to fill in.
Opting out does not turn off the accessibility toolbar, which is not advertising and does not profile you.
Cookies and your choices
You can control cookies through your browser settings. To opt out of Google Analytics, install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. To control the ads you see from Google, visit Google’s Ads Settings. You can also learn about interest-based advertising opt-outs at the Network Advertising Initiative and the Digital Advertising Alliance.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you and how we use it, to get a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, to opt out of sharing it for advertising, and not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
California residents have these rights under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA. Nevada residents may direct us not to sell certain covered information; we do not sell personal information for money. To exercise any right, contact us using the details below or use the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page. We will verify your request and respond within the time the law allows. You may use an authorized agent.
Data retention and security
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described above, including maintaining business records for inquiries that become client engagements, and as required by law. Advertising attribution cookies expire after 90 days. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect it, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Third-party sites
This site may link to other websites we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision, and material changes will be posted on this page.
