JET The Agency designs and builds every standard trade show booth format: 10×10 inline booths, 10×20 inline booths, 20×20 island booths, 20×30 island booths, 30×30 and larger peninsula and island configurations, double-deck structures, and custom-shaped builds. We also design and build podiums, kiosks, registration counters, demo stations, meeting rooms within the booth footprint, and hanging signs/structures. Our fabrication shop in Las Vegas handles woodworking, metalwork, CNC cutting, large-format printing, and LED integration. We produce booths for shows at the Las Vegas Convention Center, Mandalay Bay, Venetian Expo, Wynn, and every major Las Vegas venue, as well as convention centers nationwide.
Turnkey trade show booth service from JET The Agency means we handle every aspect of your trade show presence so you arrive to a finished, ready-to-use booth. Turnkey includes: booth design and rendering, graphic design and large-format printing, booth structure fabrication or rental, furniture selection and placement, lighting design and installation, AV setup (monitors, screens, lead capture stations), carpet or custom flooring, shipping to and from the venue, on-site installation and dismantle (I&D), and drayage coordination with the show’s general contractor. Yes. JET The Agency manages all drayage and labor logistics for trade shows. Drayage is the transportation of your booth materials from the loading dock to your booth space inside the convention center; it is one of the most confusing and expensive hidden costs in trade shows. We coordinate drayage submissions with the show’s general contractor (GES, Freeman, or Shepard), schedule installation and dismantle labor through the appropriate union or non-union labor providers, and manage the load-in and load-out timeline to avoid overtime charges. Our experience with Las Vegas Convention Center, Mandalay Bay, and Venetian Expo drayage processes helps clients avoid common costly mistakes like late shipments, overweight crates, and unmarked freight.
Yes. JET The Agency offers booth storage at our Las Vegas warehouse for clients who purchase custom booths. Storage includes climate-controlled warehousing, inventory tracking, and pre-show inspection and maintenance before each event. When your next show approaches, we pull the booth from storage, inspect it, replace any worn graphics or components, and ship it directly to the venue.
Yes. JET The Agency has extensive experience producing exhibits and events at Las Vegas’s largest trade shows including CES (Consumer Electronics Show), SEMA (Specialty Equipment Market Association), MAGIC (fashion), CONEXPO-CON/AGG (construction), HIMSS (healthcare IT), NAB (broadcasting), and many more. Our Las Vegas headquarters gives us a logistical advantage for these shows; we can deliver, install, and troubleshoot faster than out-of-state exhibit houses because our warehouse and team are local. For major Las Vegas shows, we recommend booking 12-16 weeks in advance for custom booths and 8-10 weeks for rental configurations.
Yes. JET The Agency provides photorealistic 3D renderings for trade show booth designs and event environments, plus scaled CAD floor plans for venue layouts and booth configurations. Renderings are included in our design process at no additional charge for contracted projects. For trade show booths, we produce front, side, and aerial views showing your graphics, furniture placement, lighting, and traffic flow. For event production, we provide full venue renderings showing staging, decor, seating layouts, and lighting design. Clients receive rendering revisions until the design is approved before fabrication or setup begins.
