Overview
JET The Agency was excited to partner with MAU Vegas and Clarion Events for another year! MAU, short for Mobile Apps Unlocked, provides mobile brands with an experience like no other that provides networking opportunities, days of innovative learning, and relationship building in the heart of Las Vegas.
Since working together in 2018, we have been their full turnkey event planning and production company for their Vegas events! Every year proves to be a memorable experience with new ways of innovating and elevating their parties.
Custom Theming and Handcrafted Decor
We were excited to venture down a new route for MAU this year, starting by having themed parties! For the opening party, we went for a Vintage Cirque theme. Featuring classic elements of your typical circus themed party but elevated to another level, we incorporated the signature red and white stripes along with custom decor and centerpieces to match.
Now for an escape to a tropical oasis, let us take you to the Tiki Themed Closing Party! Held at the MGM Grand Pool Complex to accentuate the tropical vibes, we decked out the whole pool with tiki related decor and matching lounge sets to let you relax in this paradise! This build featured lots of tropical foliage from the massive tunnel entrance to the photo wall, and even floral centerpieces and leis on each table.
Event Furniture Rentals
As a full turnkey event planning and production company, we were able to provide all the furniture from our very own warehouse, meaning you don’t have to worry about sourcing from multiple vendors! For their lounge, we went with their signature favorite White Snake Sofa (a classic!) along with our colored Angela Stools, Jetson Chairs, and Ovate Chairs to spruce up the space! On all the tables (communal, coffee, highboy, you name it!) provided, you’ll see the MAU Vegas logo we printed in house! Even for their welcoming and closing parties, we were able to supply all the matching lounge sets in accordance with the theme, leaving our VIPs a comfy place to rest!
Custom Fabrication and Design
From highboys to tables and pillows, there were plenty of pieces decked out with MAU and their sponsor’s branding. Thanks to our in-house print and fabrication shop, we were able to make these unique pieces you can’t find anywhere else! What better way to ring in this miraculous event than with a custom branded ring toss game? These branded cirque and tiki pillows also surely stood out (and were comfortable too!) against these sofas.
We also made sure to leave a strong impression with the grand entrance to our Tiki Themed Closing Party, featuring a custom tropical tunnel! Welcoming the guests into the paradise we created, they surely enjoyed walking through the tunnel surrounded by greenery and then greeted with a tropical sight of the whole pool area decorated according to theme! Our Tropical Foliage wall was another hotspot, as it made for the perfect photo backdrop with its colorful leaves and neon sign.
Live and Interactive Entertainment
Furniture, decor, and custom fabrication aside, it’s time to talk about entertainment! Each part of the MAU conference featured world-class entertainment acts from our roster including energetic DJs, stunning stilt walkers, astonishing contortionists, and traditional hula dancers! Per the theme, we made sure to enhance the experience with acts that surely caught the eyes of all the attendees at these parties.
Conclusion
Overall, it was another successful year with MAU Vegas! We are honored for another opportunity to plan and produce MAU’s parties, elevating the experiences to another level once more.
